RTM 130 - Aladdin: The Return of Jafar (1994)

In tribute to the late Gilbert Gottfried, we've decided to tackle the first direct-to-video Disney animated sequel. Is The Return of Jafar a worthy follow-up to Aladdin? Or is this a cash-grab like many claim the direct-to-video sequels to be?
